Mornie UtúliëOkay okay, I know I'm supposed to be on hiatus. It's the Easter hols anyway, 2 weeks off school, catch up on revision tomorrow.
[Edit]
Was randomly clicking through my hotmail inbox when I found a couple of emails I exchanged with Stacy, (ex) junior from SN. Haha, haven't talked to her since the Cdiv' tournament last year. Another friendship left on hiatus - that's the trouble with living between countries. Anyhooo, I got reminded of Lit lessons in SN (cos she recommended a poem). Remember how enthusiastic I was about the subject at first cos of my brother's geniusness/interest in the subject (damn, I'm so easily influenced) but then 1D's first ever Lit teacher seriously dumbed down that enthusiasm (no names). Then we had Mrs Sushi - I wish she'd taught us for longer. Interest rekindled, lessons were so amazing and she was so .. wow. Remember really wanting to be Lit Rep cos it was, well, working with her. I wonder how she's doing now that she's retired (?), wish I/we could've gotten to know her better. Then of course, there was Seth Tan, and Ms Jeya in 2J. HAHA I was terrified that first lesson, especially when she told us all to stand and summarise ourselves in one word. For herself, she used "gregarious" and I was going, "phwoar, what?" Finally of course, there's Mr Kelsted, with his jokes and his frequent moodswings. At 13, I couldn't imagine not taking Lit "when I grew up" (eh come on la, I was the definition of idealistic and didn't know much) and here I am, running as far away as I can from the subject.Maybe I should blame the teachers. (Haha) Don't get me wrong, I still love writing. Wait, okay, I'm rambling. Ramble. Ramble. Ramble. Stop.
Anyway, finished notes for History Core!
Phweee only left with History Options & whatever's left of the other subs!
(Basically, everything)
((: Os in exactly 50 days,
OVER SOON.
